Our skilled team have extensive experience in obtaining land or development sites, securing planning consent, then building and renovating high quality homes in desirable locations. Our focus has primarily been the Midlands region, within a 1-hour commute from our office based in Northampton. We develop relationships with land owners and agents then select sites for development where homes are needed most.
